David Berdik	b4356e7b60	After reviewing the licenses under which all of the required plugins are distributed, I have found that it is okay for some of them to be shipped with the repository. This should simplify the initial process of setting up the repository on a computer. This commit also contains the appropriate modifications to the README file.	2015-04-06 16:04:28 -04:00
