Adds a flexible save/restore system to .schematic files

This release adds a very configurable saving and restoring of regions.
You can let the plugin save and restore the region from/to a .schematic
file on certain events. Commands are added to change the restoring
profile for a rent/buy and the state (true, false, general) which are
respectively enabled, disabled and 'as general config option'.
