Put disabled-worlds in own file

Because the auto updater can not update nested items, put the disabled-worlds option into a separate file (disabled-worlds.yml) so that it does not get overwritten on update

Hotkeys must survive update

Similar to the disabled-worlds, we need a method to keep the disabled hotkeys intact on update. I don't know what should be a smart way to do so
