829fd040dc Create REFIT_MAINMENU_SCREEN class 
Create CUSTOM_LOADER_SUBENTRY_SETTINGS, CUSTOM_LOADER_SUBENTRY_SETTINGS
and CUSTOM_LOADER_SUBENTRY.
Clean the sub entries config.plist fields.
Comment unused KernelAndKextPatcherInit, KernelAndKextsPatcherStart,
