jief666 70988228c4 Refactor selfOem. Created getConfigDir... methods.
Enclose access to getOemDir... by if (selfOem.oemDirExists()).
Enclose access to getKextsDir... by if (selfOem.isKextsDirFound()).
closeDebugLog() in UninitRefitLib().
Prevent DBG loop.
