Brianna O'Keefe eb9efb7544 When a farm item is placed and the event fails it will no longer till the land. 
An option has been added to the config that allows you to allow all non command issued farm items to create farms. For example when enabled all end rods will become farms instead of only end rods spawned with the give command.
