Migrates all uses of SnakeYAML and Bukkit's Configuration API to Sponge's Configurate.
Configurate enables us to the do the following stuff:
* Serialize YAML off the main thread
* (in the future) Automatically update our config
* (in the future) Manipulate comments in configs
* Be epic
This commit also *finally* strips out the 3.x storage/object mapping system in favour of Configurate's object mapper.
Replace modified bStats Metrics 1.7 class with official 1.8 artifact. 1.8 adds random submit intervals and changes the way submissions are scheduled, and our custom modifications are no longer needed as we now use the plugin ID.

- I've kept original name for internal purposes (storing bans, etc), just in case user wants to rename it to something unbearable;
- User can message console via both names (since he can try both, duh);

This PR updates the version of the bStats Metrics class to the latest version, supporting plugin IDs in place of just plugin names. It also adds the following graphs:
- Active permissions backend
- Active economy backend
- Whether or not a command has been used as a bar chart (pending bStats backend implementation)
- Version history graph as a multiline graph (also pending bStats impl)
It also removes the weird `getMetrics` and `setMetrics` APIs which should never have been API in the first place.
Rather than spitting out a stacktrace, this gives users some instructions on what to do.
It's a bit spammy so the error messages get noticed, that could be toned down a bit if we just want to be silent on login. Unfortunately a lot of plugins haven't discovered the debug and trace log levels, so a lot of startup warnings (like this one) will get lost in the spam if there aren't other issues.
This commit adds a new boolean-configurable feature called last-message-reply-recipient, defaults to true for new installs and false for old installs, which states whether to use the new messaging functionality or not.
This commit deprecates Console#getCommandSender(Server) and provides Console#getInstance()#getCommandSender() for future usability.
* Add a method for backwards compatability with unmapped code.
* Convert all getOnlinePlayers() calls to use this method, part of the IEssentials interface
