Basically it will copy it on the fly whenever you decide to do something
with it e.g. paste or save it as a schematic.

7e0964c118 Use default bukkit block placer if NMS fails
The default block placer uses only the Bukkit API to perform changes.
- It's a bit laggy for larger changes
- Still a lot faster than normal WorldEdit
