bloodshot d5213a3d64 Various enhancements. 
* Add '/claimreserve' command for administrators to reserve claim names.
* Add support for untrusting specific type via all untrust commands.
* Add #pet context support.
* Hide teleport button if player does not have access to teleport.
* Fix pagination error when swapping between menu's.
