Shane Freeder	0a3b147e5d	Do not require publish to build ... This will allow the project to build without a publish. The relocation creates some issues because the relocated jar will not exist until after we run a first build, but, at least the build process is no longer dependent upon the publish task running.	2024-08-06 20:49:02 +01:00
