If you have EssentialsX Spawn installed, you may experience an issue where all players respawn in the same world, regardless of where they died. Not to worry, it's easy to fix. It can be resolved by setting `respawn-listener-priority` in EssentialsX's `config.yml` to `none` (we know it says `lowest`, but that doesn't work).
