[Bleeding] Add blockinteract.visible check.

This check performs somewhat heuristic ray-tracing to see if a block
interacted with can actually be "seen", in terms of not reaching
through fully solid blocks. [Still needs for performance: more refined
conditions when to use + interact-speed check].
