Fix issues with new ChunkGenerator API
- RegionAccessor#setType / RegionAccessor#setBlockData doesn't run entity removal logic - RegionAccessor#generateTree crashes by bee nest (TreeType#TALL_BIRCH) By: DerFrZocker <derrieple@gmail.com>
