Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

A lot of plugins seem to use reflection to determine this, so this could be a bit of a starter-patch as future PR'ers could also exposed tracked entities as well.
