Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#5325)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix item locations dropped from campfires
Fixes #4259 by not flooring the blockposition among other weirdness
