Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Add command line option to load extra plugin jars not in the
plugins folder
ex: java -jar paperclip.jar nogui -add-plugin=/path/to/plugin.jar -add-plugin=/path/to/another/plugin_jar.jar
