Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit) (#8430)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix bees aging inside hives
Fixes bees incorrectly being aged up due to upstream's
resetting the ticks inside hive on a failed release
