Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit)
Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

My recent work on serialization is now in CraftBukkit so was able to drop the patch and Paper
is now consistent with upstream.

Subject: [PATCH] Enforce Sync Player Saves
Saving players async is extremely dangerous. This will force it to main
the same way we handle async chunk loads.
