Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#8092)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Ensure entity passenger world matches ridden entity
Bad plugins doing this would cause some obvious problems...
