Updated Upstream (CraftBukkit) (#6504)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Separate lookup locking from state access in UserCache
Prevent lookups from stalling simple state access/write calls
