Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Dead Player's shouldn't be able to move
This fixes a lot of game state issues where packets were delayed for processing
due to 1.15's new queue but processed while dead.
