Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit)
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Name craft scheduler threads according to the plugin using
them
Provides quick access to culprits running far more threads than
they should be
