GJ eb43d0637c [Bleeding] Add missing HangingBreakEvent. Fixes BUKKIT-3943 ... The old PaintingBreakByEntityEvent was deprecated and replaced by HangingBreakByEntityEvent. However, in the case of being struck by lightning, only the deprecated event was being called.
