Subject: [PATCH] Fix interact event not being called sometimes
* Call PlayerInteractEvent when left-clicking on a block in adventure
mode.
* Call PlayerInteractEvent when left-clicking an Entity that is out of
range in adventure/survival (entity reach is 3.0).
