feat!: Recode SkullItemCreator to not use XSeries's XSkull class
...
XSkull is having a couple of issues and just throwing exceptions for a couple of people.
No fix in sight etc. so let's get rid of it and have our own implementation.

Removes pitest as a maven plugin
...
It is used for mutation testing but realistically we don't even write that many tests.
Just adds complexity and because it is not often used, causes trouble when it hasn't been touched for months/years
