ME1312	361acf7b17	Add a dedicated restart packet ... I don't reccommend using this packet over the start & stop combination because of the lack of feedback you get in comparision. ME1312	1845e9d8f9	Remove the archaic Executable type ... Since it was virually no different from one, this has been replaced by a String.
