Coding Standards: Fix WPCS indentation issue in wp-admin/nav-menus.php
.
This was causing a `PEAR.Functions.FunctionCallSignature.Indent` error if PHP_CodeSniffer 3.5.3 or newer is installed locally, despite the task passing on Travis. See #49542. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@47596 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@47371 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
