Themes: Allow passing a custom class to post and comment pagination functions. 

This affects:
* `get_the_post_navigation()`
* `get_the_posts_navigation()`
* `get_the_posts_pagination()`
* `get_the_comments_navigation()`
* `get_the_comments_pagination()`
