Editor: update duotone support.
Updates duotone support after stabilisation of selectors API and adds a few small code quality and UI improvements. Props onemaggie, peterwilsoncc, ajlende, audrasjb, mikeschroder, ramonopoly. Fixes #58555. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@56101 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@55613 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
