Help/About: Update the About page for WP 6.5 RC2.

Browse Source 
This changeset removes the "Pattern overrides" section from features.
Also updates the field guide link, this link should redirect correctly once the post is published.

Follow-up to [57715], [57767].

Merges [57809] to the to the 6.5 branch.
