Plugins: Move the "Successfully installed the plugin" string to the correct Plugin_Upgrader method.

The string refers to the installation, and belongs in the `::install_strings()` method, not in `::upgrade_strings()`.

Props sswebster, nateinaction, SergeyBiryukov.
