Coding Standards: Rename the `$arrHeaders` variable to `$processed_headers` in `WP_Http_Streams::request()`.

This fixes a `Variable "$arrHeaders" is not in valid snake_case format` WPCS warning.

Follow-up to [8516], [51826].
