aed608b98c Coding Standards: Remove a one-time $message variable in WordPress version requirement notices for bundled themes. 
This makes the formatting of these messages more consistent.

Follow-up to [23816], [51154].

c71bc1513e Coding Standards: Add missing translator comments to the default themes. 
All default themes now have translator comments for all strings with placeholders!

56c162fbc9 Coding Standards: Upgrade WPCS to 1.0.0 
WPCS 1.0.0 includes a bunch of new auto-fixers, which drops the number of coding standards issues across WordPress significantly. Prior to running the auto-fixers, there were 15,312 issues detected. With this commit, we now drop to 4,769 issues.

This change includes three notable additions:
- Multiline function calls must now put each parameter on a new line.
- Auto-formatting files is now part of the `grunt precommit` script. 
- Auto-fixable coding standards issues will now cause Travis failures.

Fixes #44600.

aaf99e6913 Code is Poetry. 
WordPress' code just... wasn't.
This is now dealt with.

61819a36ea Customizer: Change instances of "Theme Customizer" to just "Customizer", as the Customizer isn't necessarily theme-specific. 
Also capitalize "Customizer".

38c19a5fde Twenty Thirteen: improve backward compatibility escape hatch for pre-3.6 versions: 
* Switch to the built-in method of providing a back link in `wp_die()` for the Customizer
 * Use WP_DEFAULT_THEME for both arguments during theme switching to simplify the logic
 * Prevent the 3.3 and earlier theme preview action gracefully
