This commit updates the translator comment in `twenty_twenty_one_continue_reading_text` to indicate that the text is visually hidden. This change also corrects the comment above the `the_content_more_link` filter to reference the content, not the excerpt.

Calling `twenty_twenty_one_get_attachment_image_attributes()` was causing an `Undefined index: width|height` notice to be thrown when the result from `wp_get_attachment_metadata()` does not set any value to `$meta`. This change adds an `isset()` check to prevent it.

The `twentytwentyone` filtered `the_password_form` with a `twenty_twenty_one_password_form` callback that, by default, passed only one parameter that was assumed to be the post or post ID. However, the first parameter for `the_password_form` is the filtered output value. This fix updates both the filter reference and callback to use two parameters: `$output` and `$post`.

Previously, `1.0.0` was used for the version. This is inconsistent with the versioning used in the other default themes, which use use X.X and not X.X.X.
This change corrects all `1.0.0` occurrences to `1.0`, and adds the additional context of `Twenty Twenty-One` to avoid confusion with `WordPress 1.0`.

In addition to syncing the latest changes, this change also merges the theme’s `.scss` files and other related build tool configurations required to compile the theme’s CSS.
This will allow development of the theme to continue on Trac after 5.6 is released and the GitHub repository is archived.
