d332f43f60 Bundled Themes: Bump the versions for bundled themes for release. 
This bumps the versions of the default bundled themes in preparation for release with WordPress 5.9.

The new versions are:
- Twenty Ten: 3.6
- Twenty Eleven: 4.0
- Twenty Twelve: 3.6
- Twenty Thirteen: 3.5
- Twenty Fourteen: 3.3
- Twenty Fifteen: 3.1
- Twenty Sixteen: 2.6

07bf9f55e2 Bundled Themes: Update the “Tested up to” header to 5.9. 
This updates the “Tested up to” header in the `readme.txt` file for all bundled theme.

This also adds the “Tested up to” header to the `style.css` file for older default themes (Twenty Twenty and earlier). Previously, this header was only recommended, so it was not included. It is now required, per the theme handbook: https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/#9-files.

08e06d74af Bundled Themes: Version Bump 2010, 2011 and 2012. 
Version bump three bundled themes to avoid file not found and fatal errors introduced for child themes during the 5.8 release cycle.

* Twenty Ten: Version 3.5 (fatal error & 404)
* Twenty Eleven: Version 3.9 (404)
* Twenty Twelve: Version 3.5 (404)

These updates will be released mid 5.8.1 cycle due to the severity of the issues.

755882578e Twenty Twelve: Change theme version back to 3.3. 
Because the changes in Twenty Twelve did not impact site look or functionality, version 3.4 of Twenty Twelve was not released in coordination with WordPress 5.7.

This reverts the portion of [50508] relevant to Twenty Twelve, changing the version back to 3.3 so that version 3.4 is not skipped accidentally when there are changes that should be released.

24f21d628d Bundled Themes: Standardize the Required PHP and Tested Up To headers. 
This change makes several changes to ensure consistency and accuracy for default theme headers:

- Removes `WordPress` from `Requires at least` headers.
- Ensures the `Requires at least` and `Requires PHP` headers are present in every default theme’s `style.css` file.
- Ensures `Tested up to` is present in every `readme.txt` file.
- Removes any headers not processed in both the `style.css` and `readme.txt` files for each theme.

b4290211f4 Bundled Themes: Add link to privacy policy page in footer. 
If a privacy policy has been set, then a link to it will automatically be shown in the footer.

The element containing the "Proudly powered by WordPress" link was chosen for the new policy link, in order to minimize visual conflicts with custom CSS that was written before the new link existed. Unfortunately, some minor conflicts are expected and unavoidable. Adding this link is required as part of GDPR compliance, and the benefits outweigh the downsides. 

To further mitigate the conflicts, a new `imprint` class was added to the "Proudly powered..." link, in order to facilitate targeting each link invididually with custom styles.

b836d650bd On attachment pages for audio and video, display players. Currently, only a link is displayed. Add minimal CSS rules for compatibility with 2011, 2012, and 2013 themes. 
In `prepend_attachment`, add logic to support attachment types that are not `image`.

In `get_post_class()`, don't add the `has-post-thumbnail` class for attachment pages.

Fixes #27243.
