The measurement in px for zero values is not needed. It does this for Twenty Twenty-One, Twenty Ten, Twenty Eleven and Twenty Nineteen. This also adds short-hand-property-no-redudant-values to Twenty Twenty-One's stylelint rules. Included is removing box-shadow prefixed rules before the standard property in Twenty Ten. Finally, it also removes empty spaces at the ends of lines in Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Twenty.

Previously, with absolute positioning, the star character to signify required comment form fields could overlap the text in some languages. The star's styling was also inconsistent between the input labels and the comment notes paragraph.
This commit makes the star's styling more consistent and ensures it does not overlap with the text.

Non-wrapping `label`s are more widely supported by assitive technologies. The CSS changes account for the element re-ordering, and tweak the formatting for improved readability.
