d2bce97ced Make the list of actions that can be performed on a site in the User List in Network admin filterable. 
Add classes for all core site status types to the view url.
Move the CSS to a css file rather than including it inline.

83fbd4e36b Memory usage and execution improvements in wpdb. Store and work with resources directly, rather than full copies of results. Plugins which incorrectly used wpdb->last_result (a private property) will need to shift to wpdb->get_results() with no \$query.
