a6cdc2dea4 Register the default theme dir in wp-settings.php so that it is registered even when get_themes() doesn't run. Fix counting of theme dirs. Add option to get_raw_theme_root() to disregard the current theme root cache. see #14911

83fbd4e36b Memory usage and execution improvements in wpdb. Store and work with resources directly, rather than full copies of results. Plugins which incorrectly used wpdb->last_result (a private property) will need to shift to wpdb->get_results() with no \$query.
