a41c798835 Block Editor: Updated the WordPress packages to include Gutenberg 15.1.0 changes. 
In addition to all the packages being updated to the latest versions, 
this commit also includes some mandatory changes to avoid editor breakage:

 - Update React to to 18.2.0.
 - Add the right stylesheets to support iframed block editors.

ab8a964858 Editor: Update WordPress packages based based on Gutenberg v13.0 RC3 
This is the last step of backports from the Gutenberg plugin for WordPress 6.0 Beta 1 release. It includes all updates WordPress packages published to npm based on the Gutenberg plugin v13.0 RC3 release. This patch also includes all the necessary changes applied to core blocks. d6cff7965a Block Editor: Update the WordPress Packages to the latest version. 
This includes the packages that match the Gutenberg 9.2 Release.
It is going to be the last block-editor features update for WordPress 5.6.
It also updates the block-supports code base to the latest APIs.

5658305b1c Date/Time: Reduce explicit local current_time( 'timestamp' ) usage in favor of native PHP functions. 
Timestamps don't carry any timezone information, using the intended format directly simplifies the logic and makes the code less confusing.
