cbba3fe581 Don't use array calling for post_status in wp_edit_attachments_query() to prevent any use of the deprecated query_string filter (as in, don't use it) from tanking the page. see #17556, #17559. for 3.1.

4e666d5d44 Move some post and taxonomy functions from admin/includes to wp-includes in preparation for QuickPress template tag. Moves get_tags_to_edit, get_terms_to_edit, get_default_post_to_edit, media_buttons, _media_button, get_upload_iframe_src. 7734a07cb2 Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.
