adb22a86fd Twenty Fourteen: match screen-reader-text accessibility styles a bit better with core, to avoid a jump when you move through the links, and to avoid a horizontal scroll at certain viewport widths. Also fix JS focus by specifying the first match object. Closes #25592.

 * Fix site description padding with header shadow.
 * Create the MediaElements players' time rail and volume container backgrounds with a semi-transparent color so that it adjusts with the player background color if that's changed.

* Fixes laggy loading in Firefox, see #25600.
 * Significantly reduces CPU usage.
 * Scalable and crisp on HiDPI/retina screens.
 * SVG is support in IE9 which doesn't support CSS gradients.

* Apply the primary accent color to the current-time indicator for the `mediaelements` players.
 * Fix instances of the custom accent color CSS overriding white or black link colors that should have no text-color change on hover.
