a29b2945ae Respect the default comment/ping status for new posts even when someone has hidden the meta box which lets you alter them on a per-post basis.

4e666d5d44 Move some post and taxonomy functions from admin/includes to wp-includes in preparation for QuickPress template tag. Moves get_tags_to_edit, get_terms_to_edit, get_default_post_to_edit, media_buttons, _media_button, get_upload_iframe_src. af91e5264a Move taxonomy object properties for capabilities into a cap object. Capabilities can be specified via ['capabilities'] (an array keyed by the generic cap name) for register_taxonomy. fixes #13358.

7734a07cb2 Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.
