desrosj	2d74427834	Build/Test Tools: Support NodeJS 14.x in the 5.5 branch. ... This updates the 5.5 branch to support the latest LTS version of NodeJS (currently 14.x) in an effort to allow the same version of NodeJS to be used across all WordPress branches receiving security updates as a courtesy. In addition to backporting the package updates that happened after branching 5.5, dependencies that were removed in future releases have also been updated to their latest versions. Props desrosj, dd32, netweb, jorbin. Merges [48705,49636,49933,49937,49939-49940,49983,49989-49990,50016-50017,50126,50176,50185] to the 5.5 branch. See #52341. Aaron Jorbin	0e21d32900	Build/Test: Bump devDependencies for WordPress 5.3 ... This upgrades a number of devDependencies. Some of these include changes to how the tasks are configured. Uglify: There are deprecated options from 2.x to 4.x, see: https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-uglify#options Autoprefixer: Browserslist now warns when passing in the browser list, so that is put into package.json As with most changes to uglify, this changes every minified JS file. Joe McGill	7e29c9646a	Customizer: Minimize duplicate header crops in the media library. ... This adds `Custom_Image_Header::get_previous_crop()`, which finds any previously cropped headers created from the same base image and replaces that attachment rather than creating a new attachment. After updating a crop, the replaced images is also removed from the list of previous header images in the Customizer. See #21819.
