29e534376c Bundled Themes: Bump bundled theme versions for WordPress 5.8. 
This bumps the version for all bundle themes in preparation for release with WordPress 5.8. The new versions are as follows:

- Twenty Twenty-One: 1.4
- Twenty Twenty: 1.8
- Twenty Nineteen: 2.1
- Twenty Seventeen: 2.8
- Twenty Sixteen: 2.5
- Twenty Fifteen: 3.0
- Twenty Fourteen: 3.2
- Twenty Thirteen: 3.4
- Twenty Twelve: 3.4
- Twenty Eleven: 3.8
- Twenty Ten: 3.4

88cedeac5c Bundled Themes: Revert the [51372] update to block patterns in bundled themes. 
Upon further examination, this change was not great for backwards compatibility, resulting in block validation errors when running on older versions of WordPress.

While there are currently many `console.info()` notices caused by older format block syntax being updated to the current version included in WordPress 5.8, the blocks do not break.

Block patterns do not currently have a versioning mechanism, or a means to indicate which versions of WordPress are supported.

b16abdec23 Bundled Themes: Update block patterns to match the latest versions of core/* blocks. 
When using the post editor with a bundled theme active, there will be a number of `console.info` notices printed to the browser’s console.

These notices are caused by block patterns containing outdated and deprecated versions of `core/*` blocks. Before rendering the blocks, they need to be updated, and this process outputs information to the console.

75d57e1379 Twenty Fifteen & Twenty Sixteen: Remove extra space around post editor. 
The editor uses the full height of its container, so the added margins cause the visual editor to break out of the container. This removes the top & bottom margins, and makes the left & right margins consistent with the meta box area.

9f12d7f575 External Libraries: First pass at fixing jQuery deprecations in WordPress core and bundled themes. 
To be able to disable jQuery Migrate as step 3 of updating the jQuery version shipped with WordPress, all `JQMIGRATE` warnings in the browser console will have to be addressed.

This includes many minor adjustments to a wide array of core files.

Follow-up to:
* Step 1: Disabling jQuery Migrate 1.4.1 in WordPress 5.5: [48323], [48324]

The `<nav>` elements are native landmark regions, which helps assistive technology users to navigate through them.

24f21d628d Bundled Themes: Standardize the Required PHP and Tested Up To headers. 
This change makes several changes to ensure consistency and accuracy for default theme headers:

- Removes `WordPress` from `Requires at least` headers.
- Ensures the `Requires at least` and `Requires PHP` headers are present in every default theme’s `style.css` file.
- Ensures `Tested up to` is present in every `readme.txt` file.
- Removes any headers not processed in both the `style.css` and `readme.txt` files for each theme.

0acc444279 Themes: Improve Twenty Fifteen sticky sidebar logic 
The current logic in TwentyFifteen (#30366) for making the sidebar sticky while still allowing to scroll through it when the sidebar height is larger than the viewport height is flawed and massively overcomplicated.
This can be mitigated by removing the admin bar specific logic and leaving most of the heavy lifting up to the browser.

c71bc1513e Coding Standards: Add missing translator comments to the default themes. 
All default themes now have translator comments for all strings with placeholders!

3c40573f77 Bundled Theme: Load Google fonts with display=fallback parameter for better UX in case the font cannot be loaded. 
Providing this query parameter ensures the stylesheet contains the `font-display: fallback` rule. This changeset also updates the Open Sans font used by core accordingly.

678e940ee7 Default Themes: Bump the version numbers and release dates. 
Update the theme versions and release dates for the default themes, in time for WordPress 5.2.

The POT files for Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten have also been updated.

Fixes #47172.
