These commits were accidentally re-synced commits from develop.svn.wordpress.org due to a race condition. Thankfully, the history of this repository matters fairly little. It also happened only for trunk.

* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
* New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
* svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
* Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
* Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.

* This moves our "development" versions from .dev.js to .js (same for css).
* The compressed version then moves from .js to .min.js (same for css).
By switching to the standard .min convention, it sets expectations for developers,
and works nicely with existing tools such as ack.
