7b55c4688a Move add/remove super admin out of bulk edit and into user-edit.php. Introduce grant_super_admin() and revoke_super_admin(). Link to profile.php in ms-users user row for current user. 6786e3ddb3 Nav Menus: blur/Focus behavior for Create Menu and Add Custom Links. Route "return" presses in each of those areas to proper button press. Better create/save logic on the PHP side.
