Updates the wordpress npm packages and their dependencies to the latest versions, as well as auto-updates to relevant core PHP files. Props youknowriad, joemcgill, spacedmonkey, ramonopoly, peterwilsoncc, bernhard-reiter, tyxla, dmsnell. Fixes #58623.
