The JavaScript testing for UN flag support was passing when it failed, and failing when it passes. This inverts the result to take more traditional approach of returning the correct result. Unprops Pento. Fixes #41852. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41386 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41219 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
