WordPress/wp-admin/plugin-editor.php
Sergey Biryukov 34732f5a80 Replace get_bloginfo( 'wpurl' ) with admin_url() in plugin editor.
Use `add_query_arg()` instead of constructing the URL manually.

Props johnbillion.
