Peter Wilson 8db6c6c4ef Bundled theme: Add preconnect to fonts.gstatic.com in 2012-15 themes. 
Add preconnect hinting for `https://fonts.gstatic.com` in the bundled themes using Google fonts. WordPress versions 4.7+ include a crossorigin attribute, earlier versions will not.

Props leobaiano, swissspidy, peterwilsoncc.
Fixes #37171.

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance -> Themes and click the 'Add New' button.
2. Type in Twenty Fifteen in the search form and press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the 'Activate' button to use your new theme right away.
4. Go to https://codex.wordpress.org/Twenty_Fifteen for a guide on how to customize this theme.
5. Navigate to Appearance > Customize in your admin panel and customize to taste.
